GIGI HADID’S SPICY VODKA PASTA

- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Shallots, Raw
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 110g Fusilli, Dry Pasta
- 10 leaves Fresh Basil
- 1 70g Firm Tofu
- 1 10g Parmesan Flavoured Cheese, vegan
- 0.25 1 cup Almond Milk
- 0.25 15g Lime Juice, Raw
✨ingredients for the vegan cream cheese✨
- 70 grams tofu
- 1 table spoon vegan cheese or nutritional yeast (or skip it)
- 5 table spoons plant based milk
- 1/4 lime juice
- 10 cashews
method
1) blend everything together
✨ingredients for the pasta✨
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- cloves of small garlic
- 1 tbsp of diced onion or shallot
- 2 table spoons of tomato paste (or diced fresh tomatoes)
- 1 tsbp of red chili flakes or cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup of vegan cream cheese (the recipe above is exactly this)
- boil around 110g of pasta and save 1/4 cup of pasta water (unsalted)
- salt to taste
- basil (optional)
method
1) fry the garlic and onions in olive oil
2) once it changes color then add the tomato paste and cook it for 1-2 mins
3) add the chili flakes or cayenne
4) then add the vegan cream cheese and stir it (don’t over cook it or else it will become clumpy)
5) turn off the gas and add your boiled pasa along with the pasta water
6) add salt to taste now and stir everything together
7) top it with basil
