Delicious lentil stew
Ingredients
  • 1 500g Lentils, Raw
  • 1 cup, sliced Onions, Raw
  • 2 medium Carrots, Raw
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Raw
  • 1 small Sweet Red Peppers, Raw
  • 1 40g Canned Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Table Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Savory
  • 100g Red Onion
  • 1 45g All-purpose Flour
  • 1 50g Olive Oil
Direction

Grate or finely chop the carrots and fry them in the pot in which you will cook the lentils, briefly.

Put the lentils in carrots to boil in 3.5 times more water. After 15 minutes, add the chopped onion and pepper with salt, mint, and savory.

When almost done, add the tomatoes for 10 minutes.

If you prefer lentils in a stew, fry the flour and pepper for 3-5 minutes.

Add the soup and stir constantly to dissolve the flour.

Five minutes before the end, chop the garlic and add it to your lentil soup.
