Mashed potato sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes with Skin, Boiled without Salt
- 2 carrot Carrots, Boiled without Salt
- 1 dash Table Salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 4 slice Bread, gluten-free, white, made with tapioca starch and brown rice flour
- 7 leaf Spinach, Raw
Direction
1. Prepare boiled and mashed potato and carrot.
2. Put in garlic in hot oil.
3. Add carrot and potato at the same time.
3. Add black pepper,salt,pepper(optional),spinach.
4. Apply on toasted bread, serve with ketch up and enjoy.
