Fried collard greens

Ingredients
- 1 cup Garlic, Raw
- 1 cup, chopped Collards, Raw
- 1 tsp, whole Black Pepper
- 1 cup strips or slices Carrots, Raw
- 1 dash Table Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Peppermint
Direction
1. Add chopped garlic on hot oil.
2. Add chopped carrots, black pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add collard greens and fry for 20 minutes.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Serve with toasted bread(Optional).
