Banana Energy Drink

- 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas, Raw
- 3 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1.5 1 cup Soy Milk
- 0.25 cup Oat Bran, Raw
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Soak the oats in water for 20 minutes.
2. Once the oats are softer, add all the ingredients including the oats to a blender.
3. Blend it until it's creamy and yum.
4. Serve in cups.
If you prefer your drinks cold, make sure all your ingredients are cold before you blend them. Refrain from putting this mix in the fridge because the bananas turn brown very quickly, so it's preferable to drink it right after you make it.
